Sneaky Tape Dispenser
My objective for this piece was to design a "sneaky" tape dispenser. When considering the form I imagined the posture of a sneaky person or animal, and also thought much of cloaks swirly mysteriously about a character, glancing over their shoulder.
I chose a form that could crouch in multiple positions: up-side down, right side up, on its side, with the tape roll always partially obscured by a double-sided matte-gloss ribbon of polymer.
